Asked Questions What Do We Wear ?
At most of our
parties the attire is casual, we suggest you wear something you would feel
comfortable in. For the guys,
a nice pair of slacks or designer jeans and a button down shirt is fine, in the
summer months; shorts might be a bit more comfortable. Ladies on the other hand usually bring several changes of
clothing. As the evening
progresses, you’ll see them change into more provocative attire. The only time we ask for “Special” attire would be themes
such as; “Halloween”, “Leather & Lace”, New Years Eve, Etc. (This
would be noted in the “Calendar Of Events”) How Many Couples Attend ? Generally our
parties run from 35 – 50 couples. We
cut the list off at 50. (“New Years
Eve” & “Halloween” we cut off at 55 couples). How Far In Advance Should We
Make Our Reservations ? That depends on the
event. Some events are booked solid
weeks in advance and you would then be placed on a “Stand-By” list and be notified if we get any cancellations.
Most of the time, if you call at least several days prior to the party we may
still have openings. Reservations
are made on a “First Come, First Serve Basis”.
We also limit the number of newcomers; there are times when we’re
booked several weeks in advance. Can We Just “Walk-In” ? Most definitely NOT! You must make a reservation prior
to your arrival. “Walk-Ins” will be charged double their normal rate if they wish to remain at the party. What Is The Age Range Of
Members ? The predominant age range is 35 and up. An average couple is mid-thirties to mid-forties. Where Are You Located ? We are
approximately 15-20 minutes from the Delaware Water Gap in PA. Our exact location
is given out ONLY during a telephone interview and after you are
scheduled for your first visit. How Confidential Is The
Information We Give ? “VERY”
!
We do not give out information to anyone, including club members. Even as a club
member, we will introduce you by your first names only.
If YOU choose to
give out any more information, that would be your choice. What Is Your Policy On
“SINGLES” ? Our policy is
simple, “NO SINGLES”….
We are a “Couples Only”
club. What is
defined as a "COUPLE" ?
What Time Should We Arrive ? We ask that
“Newcomers” arrive between 6:30 & 6:45pm.
Members are from
8:00pm till 2:30am. (We are
strictly “Members Only” from 8:00pm on). What Are Your Club Fees ? Go to “Membership Info”
on the menu. All the information is listed there. How Do I Make My First
Appointment To Visit ? Simply go to “Make
Appointment For First Visit” on the menu. After
you have read the "Membership Info". Be
sure to fill in ALL the blanks, (incomplete forms are discarded). Make sure to include a phone number that you can be reached at
on either Thursday or Friday evenings. Must We Go Through The
Interview Process ? “YES”, everyone
who comes here must go through the interview process.
If all goes well, you’ll then be given a tour of the facility and then
have an opportunity to talk with some of our members. Come around 8:00pm it’s decision time…. If YOU like
what you see and WE feel that you’ll be comfortable here, we’ll offer
you a membership and then the decision is yours. If you would like to leave and think it over, that’s fine
too. (You will not be pressured in
any way !) Are We Required To
Participate In The Lifestyle ? “NO”….
The only thing we require from our members is that you “Make Friends
and Have Fun” ……. That’s it !!!
If you choose to take it further, that would be your
choice, nobody will make you feel compelled to do anything you’re
uncomfortable with. You move at
your own pace. The only pressure
you’ll feel here is what you place on yourselves. What Type Of People Come To
Your Club ? We are
predominantly professional and business people.
Although this is NOT a prerequisite, it just seems that this is what
we’ve attracted. Everyone
here is shown the same respect, we do not discriminate. We are an “EOLO” (Equal Opportunity Lifestyles
Organization) club. We are also a
NASCA Member Club. Do You Have “Club Rules”
? “YES”, there
are 23 of them; essentially they boil down to “3”.
Respect your partner, Respect your fellow members and Respect the
facility. By following these simple
rules, we’ll all get along just fine. You
will be required to “Read, Understand & Sign the “Club Rules” sheet. What Amenities Does Your Club
Offer ? Go through our
website carefully, everything we offer is shown on the site. If you click on
“More Pics”, you’ll find more pictures of many
areas within our facility. Are You Open On Friday’s ? “No”…..
We’ve tried it many years back, we found that most of our couples are
driving anywhere from 1 to 6 hours, (some even more), to get here.
After working all
day and then driving here, they were too tired to enjoy the party.
We decided to do Saturdays only.
(The only exception to this rule is New Years Eve; we celebrate it on
what ever day it happens falls on). What Events Are Scheduled
? We list every
scheduled party on our “Calendar Of Events”.
Go to the menu, Click on “Calendar Of
Events”, then click on the month you wish to attend and then the date.
This will automatically take you to an outline of the event for that
night and the times. If there is no
listing; there’s no party…. What is a “Ticketed Event”
? It’s just what
the name implies, the only way you can attend this event is to purchase a ticket
in advance. Right now we are doing this
for our “Halloween” & “New Years Eve” Parties, (we may be adding
more in the future). This is the only
fair way for these events. In
years past, we had couples who booked for these events and did not show up.
We had couples who were on a “Stand-By” list, who wanted to come and
couldn’t. So this way, if a
ticket is purchased, everyone is more likely to come.
(These tickets are
“Non-Refundable”). What Type Of Music Is Played
At The Club ? We try to play a
wide variety of “Dance Music”, everything from High Energy Dance to Slow
Sensual Dance music. We certainly
will take your requests. Are There Hotels/Motels In
The Area ? “YES”….
We are right in the heart of the Pocono Mountain Region; we have quite a
few Hotels, Motels & Resorts within a few miles of us. Once you have
scheduled, we will provide you with a list of those close by. Can You Send Us Printed
Information ? “NO”….
Sorry, since we’ve gone “On Line” with this website, we are no
longer sending out printed materials.
If you’re reading this information, you will find out more about this
club then we were ever able to send by mail. How Discreet Are You When You
Call ? “EXTREMELY”
…. We make sure we’re talking with the right person. If someone other then
you answers, we simply say we are “Returning Your Call” and will call back.
We will ask when you are expected back. Is Smoking Permitted ? “YES”, but smoking is permitted in the Swimming Pool Room and Outside Decks only. What about STD’s ? Everyone here
shares the same concerns…. We are
all adults and know the risks and should make mature decisions. Do You Serve Alcohol ? “NO”….
We cannot supply, pour or in any way provide alcoholic beverages. As a Club Member,
you can bring your own bottle, (BYOB). We supply mixers
and soft drinks only. You must bring your bottles home after each party. Any bottles left will be discarded. Remember to place any open bottles of liquor you leave with in the trunk of your car. It's the law. What About “Drugs” ? “DON’T EVEN
TRY”…. We have a “0”
tolerance for any drugs on this property. If you are caught,
you will be removed Immediately, your Membership will be Terminated, (with no
refund) and will never be permitted to return. We have MANY
eyes and ears on alert for this. Do You Have Food At The
Events ? “YES”….
We put out a real nice buffet, usually we prepare it "in-house" but
occasionally we have it catered. (This would be
listed in our Events Calendar). What happens if we change our minds after we make an appointment to visit ? Please call or e-mail us immediately. Because we have to limit the number of new couples at each party, your unkept reservation is taking up a space that could be used by someone else. Please be fair and cancel immediately if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel, and "leave us hanging", you will not be permitted to make another appointment with us. Are you open Year Round ? Yes. Please check the Calendar of Events for all of the upcoming parties.
